St. Pio Feast Day 2017
St. Pio Devotion Singapore celebrated the feast day of St. Pio last Friday, September 22, 2017, at the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. The Celebrant of this joyous occasion was Fr. Albert Ng, Spiritual Director of St. Pio Devotion Singapore.
Fr. Albert Ng in his homily, shared the insights of the Popes with regard to St. Pio who was truly a servant of Jesus, the Prince of Peace.
The event began with praise and worship, followed by two proxy-read testimonies, both of which were touching and showed the power of prayer, and reflective of the infinite mercy and great love of Jesus through the intercession of St. Pio and the Blessed Virgin Mary. The day culminated with a Eucharistic celebration and procession, followed by the veneration of St Pio relic (holy mitten).
Below are some of the highlights of the event.
